Wabbit or...

For our letter of the week craft, I prepped the following and asked students what animal they thought we'd be making for the letter W:

Knowing that the animal had to begin with the "w" sound, several students eagerly shouted "WABBIT!"

Remember folks, we must not only try to see through our students' eyes, but hear through their ears as well.

And I need to find a better w-a-l-r-u-s pattern!
